NCLT dismisses Jet Airways liquidator's ₹500 cr Boeing refund plea

The NCLT Mumbai bench dismissed Jet Airways liquidator's plea seeking ₹500 crore refund from Boeing, ruling it involves a contractual dispute requiring full-fledged trial beyond IBC jurisdiction. Jet had paid $92.13 million as advance for aircraft never delivered. Boeing adjusted the amount against its admitted claim of ₹873.78 crore.
