Carlyle Group plans a $500 million IPO (over ₹4,800 crore) for its Indian automotive platform, Highway Roop Precision Technologies, likely to value the latter at around $2 billion. The company has appointed Goldman Sachs, Nomura, JM Financial, and Axis Capital as lead managers for the proposed IPO. The offering will primarily be an offer for sale (OFS).
