Djokovic loses Top 10 rankings spot after 8 years following US Open 1st round exit

Former World No. 1 Novak Djokovic has exited the ATP Top 10 for the first time in eight years after losing to Mariano Navone in the first round of the US Open 2026. The 24-time Grand Slam champion has dropped to 12th in the latest rankings. This was also Djokovic's first Grand Slam opening-round defeat in over 20 years.
