Iran's ambassador to the United Nations, Amir-Saeid Iravani, said Iran will engage in talks only after the US ends its naval blockade. "The naval blockade, it is a violation of the ceasefire," he said. He added Tehran has "received some signs" that US may lift it, and said the next round of negotiations is expected to take place in Turkey.
