Only 29% of Indian employees are satisfied with their current salaries amid rising living costs and economic pressures, as per a survey by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). It said 81% plan to request a pay hike over the next year, up from 67% in 2025. Cost-of-living concerns remain a key workplace issue in 2026.
