Delhi High Court has passed an ex parte interim injunction in favour of actor Arjun Kapoor, restraining multiple entities from unauthorised exploitation of his personality and publicity rights. Delhi HC asked Google and Meta to take down infringing URL links and also provide Basic Subscriber Information (BSI) of the persons operating social media accounts to circulate the infringing content.
