Dylan Patel, CEO of research firm SemiAnalysis, said the startup has sued an ex-employee over misappropriation of trade secrets. The ex-employee demeaned coworkers, came to work drunk and engaged in other misconduct, added Patel. The employee, Wei Zhou, has reportedly also sued the firm, alleging wrongful termination for refusing to combine insider information into reports being sold to clients.
