The Supreme Court issued an advisory urging all Bar members and litigants to use video conferencing for court appearances. Citing prevailing weather conditions, the Supreme Court circular stated that the Chief Justice of India has advised members of the Bar and parties appearing in person to opt for the hybrid mode, if convenient, for matters listed before courts.
