After two bank employees - Punya Ashray Sharma and Viraj Dwivedi - drowned while travelling in an SUV on the waterlogged Old Railway Road underpass in Faridabad's Fatehpur Chandela, six barricades were put up in the area on Saturday. On Friday, when the incident happened, there was only one barricade, Indian Express reports. Several police officials were also deployed there.
