The EC will decide which faction is the real TMC by applying the "two-wing test". Under this method, the EC checks support in both the organisational wing and legislative wing of the party. The faction with majority backing in both areas can retain the party name, symbol and official recognition. As per reports, rebel faction holds 81% of TMC's legislators.
