Commenting on US President Donald Trump's plan to take over Gaza, rebuild it and relocate Palestinians from there, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said Palestinians will be allowed to return to Gaza only if they disavow terror. Netanyahu also dismissed concerns that plan involves forced displacement or ethnic cleansing. Trump had said Israel will hand over Gaza to US after war.
