Tamil Nadu's Kumaraguru College of Technology's energy boat team "Sea Sakthi" won the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation Sustainable Yachting Technology Award at 13th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge in Monte Carlo. Representing India, the students displayed their indigenously built electric boat. The award honours top sustainable yachting innovation with 25,000 euros (approximately ₹27 lakh).
