During Delhi High Court hearing on petitions over police allegedly using brute force against CJP-led protesters, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju called them "publicity petitions" and argued they should file separate FIRs. "Was this an isolated incident? Perhaps, no...How can you say every individual should go...lodge an FIR?...How can you say this is a publicity petition?" the court said.
