Atlassian CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes said employees must remain accountable for workplace mistakes, even when using ChatGPT or AI tools. He argued that workers cannot blame ChatGPT for errors in tasks completed with its help, as responsibility ultimately rests with the person using the technology. "The accountability is with Mike.
