Responding to Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge's remark that ballot papers should return in polls, BJP leader Sambit Patra said Kharge should go to Mars as there is no EVM, CBI, ED, EC or judiciary there. "The problem is not with the machine, but with your leadership. You need to replace Rahul Gandhi and not EVM," he stated.
