A US soldier has been arrested in Russia on charges of 'criminal misconduct' and is being held in pre-trial confinement. The soldier, Gordon Black, who was visiting his girlfriend in Russia whom he had reportedly met online, was accused of stealing 2,00,000 roubles from her. Black had reportedly flown from South Korea to Russia without taking permission from his seniors.
