Larry Page moves out of California amid billionaire tax: Report

Larry Page, billionaire co-founder of Google, moved his businesses out of California amid the newly proposed billionaire tax, as per filings reviewed by Business Insider. It showed that Page's family office, Koop, was converted from California to Delaware in late December 2025. If the proposal passes successfully, California residents worth over $1 billion would be taxed 5% of their assets.
