BMC to begin modak home delivery in Mumbai from Sept 14 for Ganeshotsav

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has organised ‘Modak Mahotsav’, under which civil body-supported women’s self-help groups will deliver traditional ukadiche (steamed) and fried modaks in Mumbai from September 14 during Ganeshotsav. People can register online via shgeshop.com for home delivery. They must complete registration at least one day in advance to avail of home delivery service.
