Animal rights body PETA has asked Russian photographer Julia Buruleva to withdraw a commercial print featuring an elephant painted pink in Jaipur or donate the proceeds to elephant conservation efforts in India. This comes after the 70-year-old elephant died days after the photoshoot. "It's not possible to wholly rule out the health impacts of the paint," a PETA official said.
