Former Australia batter David Warner, who is the highest run-scorer in IPL among overseas batters, went unsold on Day 1 of the IPL 2025 mega auction. Warner had a base price of ₹2 crore. Jonny Bairstow, Devdutt Padikkal, Anmolpreet Singh, Waqar Salamkheil, Luvnith Sisodia, Upendra Singh Yadav and Yash Dhull also went unsold.
