India slams UNSC reform paper, demands text-based negotiations

Criticising Elements Paper circulated by co-chairs of Inter-Governmental Negotiations (IGN) on United Nations Security Council (UNSC) reform, India accused IGN co-chairs of diluting global consensus in favour of expanding permanent seats. India's Permanent Representative to UN Parvathaneni Harish called for text-based negotiations on reforms. India stated 113 out of 122 states voted for expansion.
