On Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's decision to stay at post despite being arrested, the Delhi High Court said that a CM post in any state is not ceremonial. "It is a post where the office holder...has to be virtually available 24*7 to deal with any crisis," it added. HC said Kejriwal's absence shouldn't deprive MCD school students of statutory benefits.
