Expired milk, rotten and fungal meat and vegetables were among food items seized and destroyed during inspections at several premium hotels in Bengaluru. The food safety department released a list of food items it destroyed and found rotten and expired at renowned Bengaluru hotels like The Lalit Ashok, Shangri-La, Taj Yeshwantpur, Four Seasons, Radisson Blu and Vivanta.
