CJP takes down posts against BJP's Gaurav Bhatia after ₹2-cr defamation case

CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka agreed to remove social media posts against BJP leader and senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia within 24 hours after he filed a ₹2-crore defamation suit in the Delhi High Court. The suit concerns an AI-generated post shared on social media. Bhatia had also sought removal of the posts and an unconditional apology.
