Court dismisses Parvesh Verma's defamation case against Bharadwaj

A Rouse Avenue court dismissed Delhi Deputy CM Parvesh Verma's criminal defamation complaint against AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj, refusing cognisance. The court said Bharadwaj's social media posts about a POCSO-linked school incident in West Delhi amounted to asking questions, not defamation. No summons will be issued and no trial will begin.
