ITC Hotels shares to list on stock exchanges on January 29
Shares of ITC Hotels will be listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE on January 29, as per a filing. ITC demerged its hotel business on January 1, retaining a 40% stake itself and distributing the remaining 60% stake to existing shareholders. Shares of ITC dipped around 0.3% on Monday to close at ₹440.
