Ashutosh Brahmachari, who filed a child abuse case against Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, was attacked on a train while travelling to Prayagraj, with assailants allegedly attempting to slit his nose. In a complaint, he said the attackers used a sharp weapon and struck his face and hand, leaving him injured. Brahmachari said he saved himself by hiding inside the train’s toilet.
