Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has said that at least 13 people, including 3 Navy personnel, have died and 101 people have been rescued after a passenger ferry named Neelkamal and a Navy speedboat collided off Mumbai coast. The ferry was taking passengers from the Gateway of India to Elephanta Island. The boat reportedly went out of control while undergoing trials.
