Congress leader Rahul Gandhi sparked an uproar in Parliament during debate on women's quota bill on Friday with a sarcastic reference to PM Narendra Modi as a "magician". He said BJP knew bill could not be passed. "The truth is...magician has been caught. The magician of Balakot, magician of demonetisation, magician of Operation Sindoor has suddenly got caught," Rahul said.
