Delhi to audit all parks for safety after teen gangraped in park near Kalkaji Temple

Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu ordered a comprehensive safety audit of all public parks within one week. This comes after a 17-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped at Aastha Kunj Park near Kalkaji Temple. The audit will target "adequate lighting, security, regular patrolling and cleanliness", LG Sandhu said. He added that Pink Police personnel will also be deployed around parks.
