After many Class 12 students complained about getting blurred answer sheets during the CBSE's re-evaluation process, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan sought a detailed report from the board. He asked officials to explain technical failures, and preparedness gaps. He also directed the involvement of IIT Madras experts to help CBSE resolve glitches in its re-evaluation portal.
