Actress Sonali Bendre and her husband, filmmaker Goldie Behl, have been accused of fraud in relation to a land deal in Pune. A local farmer, Chandrakant Shinde, has claimed that his family holds ancestral rights over approximately 30 gunthas of land, dating back to before 1957. Shinde has alleged that Goldie Bhel purchased and began "illegal" construction on his land.
