Indian archers Deepika Kumari and Atanu Das failed to make it to the India squad for the Asian Games 2026 after the selection trials in Sonepat. Both Deepika and Atanu finished fourth in their respective women's and men's recurve archery categories. Asian Games medallists Ojas Deotale and Abhishek Verma also failed to make the India squad in compound men's archery.
