Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra criticised PM Narendra Modi for "just waving" at people during roadshows, saying that this is not the way to connect with people. "My father Rajiv Gandhi walked to villages, met people and wiped their tears even after being a PM," she added. "PM Modi makes people stand half a kilometre away from him," she said.
