Iranian lawmaker Ebrahim Azizi warned the UK that it will lose the Diego Garcia military base and other bases over allowing access to the US. Azizi in a post said Britain's colonial influence was fading and that the country could eventually lose the Diego Garcia base like other colonies. Diego Garcia hosts a joint UK-US base in the Indian Ocean.
