‘America, thank you’: Zelenskyy after Trump signs bill targeting Russian oil buyers

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked US President Trump after he signed a bill allowing US to impose tariffs of up to 100% on major Russian oil and gas buyers. “America, thank you,” Zelenskyy said, calling it the best way to honour Senator Lindsey Graham’s memory. Late Senator Graham worked on the legislation for a year before his death in July.
