What is allowed and banned as GRAP-3 anti-pollution measures imposed in Delhi?

Traffic Police has issued an advisory listing the vehicles allowed and prohibited on Delhi roads after the imposition of GRAP-III curbs. Delhi-registered petrol BS-III and below and diesel cars below BS-VI, along with outside-Delhi BS-IV and below vehicles, are banned. Vehicles without valid PUC certificates are also banned, while EVs, CNG vehicles and emergency service vehicles are allowed.
