Ronit Roy leases Mumbai office for ₹2.1 lakh per month

Actor Ronit Roy has leased a 950 sq ft office in Mumbai's Andheri West to skin and hair care firm Kerawi Care for five years at ₹2.10 lakh/month. The deal, registered on June 12, 2026, includes a ₹6.5 lakh security deposit and 5% annual rent hike, totalling nearly ₹1.39 crore over 60 months.
