Billionaire Elon Musk won an appeal against an order by Delaware's Chancery Court, as the state's Supreme Court reinstated his $56 billion Tesla pay package from 2018. Supreme Court judges unanimously decided that revoking Musk's pay package left him "uncompensated for his time and efforts over a period of six years". A shareholder had sued Tesla directors for 'overpaying' Musk.
