AI can find cure for cancer but chips shortage holding its growth: Arm CEO

British chipmaker Arm CEO Rene Haas, during an interview with the BBC, said, "I believe in our lifetime, AI will help cure cancer." However, he also noted that AI's growth was being held up by a shortage of chips needed to build data centers. Haas also predicted that AI would lead to widespread use of humanoid robots within five years.
