NASA has claimed that penguin poop is visible from space and is in colour. It also shared pictures of entire islands turning to shades of pink due to penguin poop. Explaining the reason behind pink-coloured poop, NASA stated, "If there is less sea ice, the penguins eat more krill than fish, which makes their poop more pink."
