20-30% increase in IPL media rights cycle wouldn't be surprising: PBKS co-owner Burman

PBKS co-owner Mohit Burman said IPL is currently among the world's premier sporting leagues in terms of engagement, reach and commercial value. He noted the recent winning bids for RCB and RR will impact media rights cycle, adding, "A 20-30% increase in the media rights cycle would not be surprising." The existing media rights cycle from 2023-2027 fetched ₹48,000 crore.
