NIA court declares Poonch man proclaimed offender

A Jammu NIA court declared Nazir Hussain, a Poonch resident believed to be in Pakistan, a proclaimed offender in a 2024 terror conspiracy case. Investigators allege he helped smuggle grenades across the border. Despite nonbailable warrants and public notices, Hussain has evaded arrest by hiding in Pakistan under different names.
