The youngest among the nine victims in Delhi is a 1.5-year-old toddler whose body was found on the second floor of a residential building where a massive fire broke out. The fire was linked to a suspected AC unit blast. Police said the terrace was locked, and the lift stopped working after the fire. Over a dozen were rescued.
