Yash Raj Films has announced a welfare initiative, Saathi Program 2026, a year-long plan that aims to provide support to low-income industry workers registered with recognised film unions. The aid includes monthly household assistance, healthcare support, education aid for their children, and essential travel support. Retired film industry workers will also be able to access the benefits.
