Home-goods brand Tupperware is preparing to file for bankruptcy as soon as this week, Bloomberg reported, five months after the company warned it wasn't certain it could continue as a going concern. Tupperware, founded 77 years ago by chemist Earl Tupper, has breached terms of its $700-million debt. Following the report, Tupperware shares fell 58%, marking a 75% year-to-date decline.
