Gurugram-based logistics platform Shiprocket, backed by Temasek and Eternal, has filed an updated DRHP with SEBI to raise ₹2,342.3 crore through an IPO. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,100 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,242.3 crore by existing shareholders. The proceeds will be used to accelerate growth across Shiprocket's platforms.
