Barren land on the banks of Machhu Dam in Gujarat's Morbi has transformed into the state's largest Miyawaki forest. Under the project headed by MoS Kantilal Amrutiya ten lakh saplings were planted in nearly 1,200 bigha of land within two months. The forest has been named 'Namo Van' and a ₹3 crore road is sanctioned to promote its connectivity.
