American held in terror case leaves Tihar Jail as court allows him to travel home for a month

US national Matthew VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals, who were initially arrested in a case registered by NIA under UAPA, have been allowed to return to their respective countries for a month by a special NIA court. They left Tihar Jail after being arrested in March for allegedly crossing into Myanmar to train armed groups in drone warfare against India.
