Owner of Delhi PG building arrested after building collapse kills 7

Delhi Police have arrested Hariram Gupta, the owner of the PG building which collapsed near Satya Niketan in Delhi, leaving at least seven dead. Gupta was arrested in Rajasthan's Bhiwadi after an FIR was filed against him over the incident. Renovation work was underway in the five-storey building as the owners were reportedly constructing more rental space in the basement.
